Hassle-free garage sale--we do the advertising, no need to worry about weather conditions, and you can leave unwanted stuff for charity pickup when you're done--our own clean sweep. GARAGE SALERS: $25 fee and $10 deposit to be returned if you stay at sale until end and clear your space within the hour. Charity pick up will be arranged so salers can bag or box their unwanted items and leave in hallway after sale. VENDORS: $35 fee and $10 deposit.
